Analysis on Application of BIM Technology in Whole Process of Prefabricated Residential Projects
In recent years,in the industrial transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,BIM construction technology and prefabricated construction technology have gradually played a pivotal role in the formation of the national intelligent construction industry chain system.The integration of BIM construction technology into this relatively new prefabricated construction technology can effectively achieve the management of the whole life cycle of the building,such as the design process,construction process and operation and maintenance process.Based on the whole process of designing multiple prefabricated residential projects,this paper summarizes and expounds the corresponding BIM technology application points,and gives some conclusions and suggestions for peer reference.
