摘要
伴随建筑业快速发展以及人力成本大幅提高,对幕墙安装施工工艺提出了更高的要求,在施工过程中选择可供个人独立使用的高效率施工机具设施显得尤为重要.本文通过分析传统石材幕墙安装施工难点,结合玻璃幕墙手持安装工具和卡扣式手机支架的技术特点,提出基于个人独立操作的石材幕墙面板装拆工具的研制方案并进行应用,用以提高石材幕墙工程的安装效率、安全性.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the construction industry and the significant increase of labor costs,higher requirements are proposed for the curtain wall installation and construction technology,and it is particularly important to select high-efficiency construction equipment and facilities that can be used independently by individuals in the construction process.This paper analyzes the difficulties of traditional stone curtain wall installation and construction,combines with the technical characteristics of glass curtain wall handheld installation tools and snap-on mobile phone holders,proposes and applies the development scheme of stone curtain wall panel assembly and disassembly tools based on individual independent operation,so as to improve the installation efficiency and safety of stone curtain wall engineering.
