This paper mainly studies the project management and quality control of geological disaster management engineering,first expounds the characteristics of geological disaster control management engineering,such as chaotic construction environment,tight construction period,strong professionalism and information construction,and then puts forward several practical and feasible measures according to the problems in the current project management of geological disaster management engineering,mainly including technical control measures,economic control measures and management control measures,so as to realize the quality control of geological disaster management engineering.
