摘要
采购工作的规范合理程度不但决定了建筑工程的成本控制,也关系到建筑质量,因此,建筑工程的采购行为受到越来越多企业决策者和管理经营者的高度重视.而建筑采购行为所涉及的项目较多、成本巨大,采购行为当中包含着许许多多的风险.本文从采购风险管理的立场入手,对建筑工程采购中的风险识别、监控防范、应对策略进行论述与探讨,以推进采购行为向更加健康更加完善的方向发展,从而保证建筑工程采购过程中以最低的成本,承受最小的风险,从而获得最大利润.
Abstract
The standard and rationality of procurement practices not only determine the cost control of construction projects but also affect the quality of the buildings.Therefore,the procurement activities in construction projects are receiving increasing attention from corporate decision-makers and management executives.As construction procurement involves numerous projects and significant costs,it also entails a multitude of risks.This paper takes the perspective of procurement risk management and discusses the identification,monitoring,prevention,and response strategies to risks in construction project procurement.The aim is to promote procurement practices towards healthier and more robust directions,ensuring that the procurement process for construction projects incurs minimal costs,bears minimal risks,and ultimately maximizes profits.
