摘要
建筑工程造价管理内容较为复杂,工作量庞大,仅通过人工管控根本无法准确把控投资预算、评估项目成本.随着信息技术的不断发展和完善,我国开始将BIM技术应用到建筑工程造价管理过程中,根据建筑工程进度不断更新、丰富和充实数据库,利用建筑信息模块开展全周期的预算评估、造价核查,保证了成本控制的时效性、科学性和准确性,为建筑工程成本控制奠定了坚实的基础.本文旨在就相关问题展开探讨,为实践提供参考.
Abstract
The cost management of construction engineering is complex with huge workload,and it is impossible to accurately control the investment budget and evaluate the project cost through manual control alone.With the continuous development and improvement of information technology,China begins to apply BIM technology in the process of construction engineering cost management,continuously updates and enriches the database according to the progress of construction projects,uses building information module to carry out the whole-cycle budget evaluation and cost verification,ensures the timeliness,scientificity and accuracy of cost control,which lay a solid foundation for the cost control of construction engineering.The purpose of this paper is to discuss relevant issues and provide reference for practice.
