摘要
本文通过境外施工安全管理现状,以及存在的问题分析,从认真落实安全生产责任制、建立健全境外施工安全管理制度、提高境外安全管理人员业务素质、强化安全教育培训力度、提高作业人员安全意识、保证安全资金足额投入等多方面安全措施入手,为保障境外项目安全施工提供新思路.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of overseas construction safety management,this paper provides new ideas for ensuring the safe construction of overseas projects from the perspective of conscientiously implementing the safety production responsibility system,establishing and improving the overseas construction safety management system,improving the professional quality of overseas safety management personnel,strengthening safety education and training,improving the safety awareness of operators,and ensuring the full investment of safety funds.
