摘要
论文研究目的是施工企业要在市场经济的发展中占据一席之地,必须不断地引入新建筑理念,走可持续发展的道路,把施工的成本控制做到最好,提高建设的综合效益.方法:本文以某建筑工程项目为例,开展对其全过程造价控制的相关研究.结论:施工全过程成本管理的实施不但可以使建筑资源得到有效整合,而且可以为施工项目的质量提供可控的保障,使建筑工程的功能和价值得以充分发挥,进而促进建筑业的持续发展.
Abstract
Objective:To occupy a place in the development of market economy,construction enterprises must continuously introduce new construction concepts,perform sustainable development,do the best in the cost control of construction,and improve the comprehensive benefits of construction.Methods:This paper takes a construction engineering project as an example to carry out relevant research on the whole-process cost control.Conclusion:The implementation of cost management in the whole process of construction can not only effectively integrate construction resources,but also provide a controllable guarantee for the quality of construction projects,so that the functions and values of construction projects can be fully exerted,and then the sustainable development of the construction industry is promoted.
