Abstract
This paper comprehensively analyzes the specific application methods of BIM technology in the process of building construction management,and proposes the effective ways to optimize the efficiency of building output and build a refined management mode,aiming to provide reference opinions for the comprehensive application of BIM technology in building construction management and improve the level of construction management.
