Driven by the"Urban Renewal Action"policy required by the"14th Five-Year Plan",this paper studies the progress control of old community renovation projects,establishes a mathematical model by using the earned value method,and conducts quantitative analysis in combination with the progress plan,helps to form a scientific and reasonable progress control scheme,so as to solve the progress management problems in the renovation,accelerate the renovation progress of the old community,reduce the renovation cost,and promote the smooth progress of the old community renovation,thus promoting the full achievement of the"Urban Renewal Action"goal of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
