In the process of engineering project implementation,it is found that the basement structure accounts for a high proportion of the total project cost,and the rationality of the basement design directly affects the control of the project cost.After considering the requirements of basement net height and the limiting factors of story height reduction,this paper proposes a basement story height design scheme based on cost control from three aspects:the selection of structural system,the satisfaction of the use function,and the limiting factors of story height reduction.
