Analysis on Control of Supervision and Management in Construction Process of Construction Projects
As an important engineering means for the development of modern urbanization,construction engineering can provide strong support for the process of modern urbanization.However,there are many problems in the construction process of construction projects,which affect the construction progress of construction projects.The supervision and management of the construction process of the construction projects refer to the comprehensive supervision and management of the construction in the overall process of construction.Therefore,this paper first analyzes the job responsibilities of supervisors,and puts forward corresponding solutions from the aspects of construction quality,construction progress promotion,construction safety and construction cost control,so as to promote the supervision and management of the construction process of construction projects.
