By reasonably controlling the cost of construction projects,on the one hand,the construction requirements can be met,and on the other hand,the comprehensive benefits of construction enterprises can be guaranteed,so construction enterprises need to coordinate the relationship between project quality and project cost,and implement the dynamic management and control of construction project cost in combination with the actual situation of the project.Construction enterprises need to pay attention to the dynamic management and control of project cost,and accordingly reasonably adjust construction methods,strengthen the management and control at construction sites,and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.This paper mainly analyzes the dynamic management and control of construction project cost,and puts forward targeted control measures,which play a reference role for practical work.
