Exploration of Civil Construction Site Management and Civil Construction Technology Quality Control
In the process of civil construction,on-site management and technology quality control are always the core elements of project success.Starting from the importance of on-site management,this paper elaborates on the specific work content and key elements of on-site management for the project located in Block 01 at Qinglonghu Town of Fangshan District,and then discusses all aspects of civil construction technology quality control,such as pre-quality control,real-time monitoring in the on-site construction process,personnel training and skill improvement,communication and coordination with relevant units,and institutionalized management of subsequent acceptance and maintenance.The goal is to provide a more complete and systematic set of on-site management and technology quality control methods for the civil construction industry.
