Discussion on Risk Management of EPC General Contracting Project of Construction Engineering
At present,EPC mode has been widely popularized in the domestic construction industry,which belongs to an intensive and efficient management mode.In EPC project management,the most critical part is risk control,which is required to run through the whole project and will have a great impact on the final benefit of EPC projects.Therefore,it is of certain practical significance to conduct in-depth research on risk management in EPC projects.This paper makes a detailed analysis of this content and puts forward some specific strategies of risk management for reference of relevant managers.
