In the construction industry,the project cost has a very important function and has an extremely important impact on the development of the whole project,its key role is not only reflected in the economic benefits of the construction enterprise,but also to strengthen the management effect of the project quality.At the present stage,many construction engineering projects involve a huge amount of capital investment,so in the project management work,any negligence will dramatically increase the cost of the project,and there will be human factors to make the construction cost exceed the original budget.This paper explains the cost of the construction project,analyzes the main factors affecting the cost in detail,and discusses the measures to reduce the project cost,hoping to add a force for the construction enterprises in the current fierce market competition.
