With the sustained and rapid development of the domestic economy,the construction engineering industry has also ushered in the opportunities and challenges of rapid development.At the same time,the people's attention to the quality and safety of the project is constantly increasing,and higher requirements are put forward for the quality and safety of construction engineering.This paper conducts an in-depth discussion from the two aspects:quality control and safety management,analyzes the current problems and challenges in the field of housing construction in China,and puts forward some feasible solutions and strategies to deal with them,aiming to provide useful reference opinions for quality control and safety management in the field of domestic housing construction engineering and promote the sustainable development of China's construction industry.
