With the rapid development of China's economy,all walks of life have entered a period of rapid development,including the field of housing construction.As the early stage of the construction engineering,bidding is very important,especially for state-owned capital investment projects,the bidding system can maintain a fair and just competition environment in the construction market,reasonably and effectively select the participating units,and ensure the use effect of state-owned funds.Based on this condition,this paper deeply investigates the current situation and existing problems of bidding for housing construction projects such as resettlement buildings and affordable housing from the standpoint of state-owned capital construction projects,and proposes new improvement strategies for bidding management,for reference.
