Exploring the Problems and Solutions of Safety Management in Housing Construction Projects
This paper firstly introduces the important role of safety management of housing construction project,analyzes the existing problems in safety management,such as no orderly implementation of safety management,the dead angle of safety inspection,the insufficient investment of safety funds,the weak safety awareness of construction personnel,and the insufficient perfection of relevant laws.The solutions are put forward,such as improving the people-oriented safety production system,establishing emergency plans,performing well in safety inspection work,increasing the capital investment in safety production management and safety education publicity,improving the quality of personnel at key links,and improving laws and regulations,so as to ensure the safety management work in place,and promote the sustainable and stable development of the construction industry.
