In recent years,China has paid increasing attention to medical and health undertakings,and the construction of hospitals in various places is also extremely rapid.In the process of construction,infrastructure project management and cost control are also extremely important,and are directly related to the direction and speed of hospital development.Therefore,in the hospital infrastructure,it is necessary to reasonably control the human,material and financial resources,and apply the whole-process cost control theory to practical work under the premise of ensuring the quality of infrastructure projects,reasonably controlling project costs and improving the economic benefits of projects.Based on this condition,this paper briefly discusses the project management and cost control in hospital infrastructure,for reference only.
