Implementation of Fine Management in Construction Engineering Management
China's social economy rapidly develops,and people's requirements for construction projects are also constantly improving.With the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction market is also gradually homogenized,and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.The traditional operation mode is not consistent with the market development,so there is a situation of high input and low output.Therefore the construction industry should strengthen fine management.This paper analyzes the concept and application value of fine management,and formulates the implementation plan of fine management according to the factors affecting the management of construction engineering,for the reference of related industries.
