With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,people's demand for transportation and travel has soared.The urgent growth of traffic demand causes a sharp increase in the engineering volume of road and bridge construction in China,and puts forward higher requirements for the cost budget management and risk management of the project.Only by more strict management and control of the cost budget of the project,the occurrence of budget risks can be minimized,so as to achieve the effect of saving funds.This paper analyzes the significance,principles,risk manifestations,causes of risks,and countermeasures for preventing and solving risk hazards in road and bridge construction,for reference only.
