In the context of urban renewal,China vigorously promotes the renovation and renewal of old industrial parks,aiming to create a unique and vigorous new industrial park,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and become a new driving force for high-quality urban development.The renovation of old industrial parks is an inevitable trend in the development of China's industry and economy.However,judging from the implementation of the renovation of old industrial parks in various places at the present stage,there are still many problems,such as:shortage of funds,insufficient ideological cognition,unclear policies,and bottlenecks in industrial development.This paper mainly expounds these problems and puts forward corresponding renovation ideas.
