摘要
因行业人员大面积存在"只看经验不管规范"的行为,本文用一个有开挖支护、天然地基+筏板、桩基础+承台筏板的建筑项目为对象,研究哪些试验必做和不用做,达到节约成本和精简工作的目的.通过大量文献比对,最终得出建筑项目基础分部,材料如钢筋、焊接接头、焊丝、锚索、锚具、夹片、防水涂料、防水卷材、混凝土必须检测,其他可以不检测.验收检测中地基的承载力、所有桩的完整性、工程桩的承载力必须检测,其他的可以不检测.
Abstract
Due to the large-scale behavior of industry personnel who"only emphasize on experience and ignore norms",this paper uses a construction project with excavation support,natural foundation + raft plate,pile foundation + bearing platform raft plate as the object to study which tests are necessary and which test are not necessary,so as to achieve the purpose of saving costs and streamlining work.Through a comparison among a large number of literature,it is finally concluded that the basic division of the construction project,materials such as steel bars,welded joints,welding wires,anchor cables,anchorages,clips,waterproof coatings,waterproof coiled materials,and concrete must be tested,while others may not be tested.In the acceptance test,the bearing capacity of the foundation,the integrity of all piles,and the bearing capacity of engineering piles must be tested,while others may not be tested.
