Since the beginning of the 21st century,the development of China's construction industry has been rapidly improved.In order to further enhance the competitiveness of construction units in the construction market,it is necessary to strengthen two aspects:architectural design optimization and project cost control.Based on this condition,this paper mainly analyzes and studies the architectural design optimization and project cost control means,mainly expounds the practical relationship between the two issues,analyzes the existing problems in the current architectural design and project cost control,elaborates the specific construction design optimization measures and project cost control means,so that the project quality and economic benefits can be comprehensively improved.
