In long-term use,due to the action of various internal and external factors,the performance of the structure decreases,which leads to the decline of the service life and safety of the houses.This paper analyzes the safety risks of residential buildings and the application of reinforcement technology by combining the role of building structural reinforcement design and construction technology application,and has achieved the purpose of improving the quality of housing building structure.The research concludes that appropriate reinforcement measures should be taken and appropriate reinforcement design should be carried out,which can effectively improve the structural stability and safety of the building and prolong the service life of the building.
