Under the background of deepening reform and opening up,China's economy has shown a steady development trend,which has created a good environment for the rapid development of the construction industry.While the rapid development,construction enterprises are faced with many risk factors,which limit the sustainable development of enterprises to a certain extent.In order to effectively manage the cost of construction projects,construction enterprises must control the cost of construction projects.Construction enterprises need to accumulate capital so as to get better development and improve economic benefits,so this paper analyzes and studies how to control the cost at each link of the project cost and optimize the problems of the current project cost and cost control management.
