In order to ensure the steady progress of construction activities of construction projects,reduce the occurrence of emergency accidents and improve the overall quality and efficiency of construction,this paper takes safety management as the starting point,starts from multiple dimensions,summarizes and sorts out the basic characteristics of construction engineering projects,combines previous experience,integrates technical elements and management elements,and solidly promotes the innovation of the existing management system.This paper aims to enhance the safety management level of building construction through effective measures,reconstruct the form of building construction,realize the rapid identification of potential safety hazards and the scientific disposal of safety incidents,and create a good construction atmosphere.
