Analysis of Current Situation of Construction Project Cost Management and Improvement Countermeasures
At present,the construction unit must strengthen the management of the project cost,so that it can create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.At present,the construction enterprise is in the golden period of development,but there are still many defects in its cost management.Only these problems are solved in time,it may better play its due role,so as to promote the healthy development of the construction unit.Therefore,this paper analyzes some problems in the current construction cost management in China,and puts forward improvement measures,in order to provide some useful reference for relevant industries.
