In recent years,the state has paid more attention to the construction of infrastructure projects,and projects such as urban renewal and infrastructure supporting renovation and upgrading have obtained more development opportunities.However,in this situation,there are also some malfeasance and unfair competition and other problems in the industry,which have led to problems in the construction cost control of construction enterprises.This paper analyzes the cost management of urban renewal and infrastructure supporting renovation and upgrading projects from multiple dimensions,discusses the problems existing in the current cost management of civil engineering,and puts forward effective countermeasures for the problems,providing a reference.
