In order to focus on solving the problems in construction project cost management,this paper takes construction project cost as the research object,analyzes in detail the basic principles of dynamic management and control of construction project cost,points out the relevant strategies of dynamic management of project cost,explores the dynamic control measures of project cost,which is conducive to changing the traditional cost management and control mode,improving the overall level of cost management,and providing guidance and reference for practical work.
