The development of prefabricated construction projects is relatively slow at the present stage,and there is no perfect market pricing standards and standardized competition models,which makes the price information of prefabricated components not transparent.In addition,due to a variety of incremental costs,it is difficult to fully control the cost budget,and there is a great difference with the actual cost.Based on practical considerations,it is necessary to deeply analyze the characteristics of prefabricated construction projects,clarify the incremental cost,and continuously improve the measurement standards and measurement bases,so as to improve the level of the cost budget of prefabricated construction projects by strictly controlling key links.This paper explores this issue.
