Problems and Solutions in Safety Management of Civil Engineering Construction
The purpose of this paper is to deeply analyze the safety management problems in civil engineering construction and explore effective solutions.A literature review and case analysis are used.This study concludes that the problems of safety management in civil engineering construction mainly derive from the weak awareness of safety precautions,inadequate management and insufficient investment.By refining the management system,strengthening safety training,and improving supervision,the accidents can be prevented at the source.At the same time,it is necessary to establish a sound safety supervision system,so that the supervision agency can better perform its supervision responsibilities and ensure that the construction enterprises effectively perform their safety management duties.
