In the process of modernization construction and development in China,road traffic construction has received high attention,and the development of road and bridge engineering has a great impact on people's lives and national economic development.In recent years,the mileage of highways in China has greatly increased,and road transportation has become the core mode of transportation in China.For road and bridge enterprises,to ensure their economic benefits in project management,the key is to strengthen project cost control.This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of cost management in road and bridge engineering,and explores how to improve cost management work,which has important guiding significance for practical work.
