Compared with other engineering projects,the construction of municipal engineering has more prominent construction characteristics,so it is necessary to pay attention to the targeted management based on the characteristics and conditions of the project in the actual management.This paper finds that there are still certain management problems in the current municipal engineering construction management through the analysis of specific cases and the consideration of the current situation.In view of the above problems and shortcomings,this paper believes that the implementation of relevant management countermeasures should be done to minimize the management defects and improve the management quality.
