Application of Standardized Safety Measures in Super High-Rise Steel Structure Buildings
A super high-rise building project in Beijing adopts a frame-tube structure, with a steel plate wall embedded column as the core tube and a steel column and steel beam floor plate frame structure as the outer frame. In the construction process, the steel plate wall of the core tube is constructed in the upper part, the outer frame steel column and steel beam are constructed in the middle part, the outer frame floor plate is constructed in the lower part, and the rest civil mechanical and electrical construction follows the steel structure. Therefore, the cross-operation of each process is frequent, which is easy to produce potential safety hazards such as object strikes,high-altitude falls, mechanical injuries, electric shocks, and fires. This paper takes a project as an example and discusses the standardized safety measures such as high-altitude welding platform, prefabricated horizontal channel, steel plate wall operation platform, external lifting net, welding machine room, storage platform, steel beam welding hanging cage, and ladder to eliminate hidden dangers, for the reference of relevant personnel.
