The idea of environmental protection and energy-saving green building interiorizes,especially the concept of energy-saving building is integrated into some buildings,it not only meets the needs of life,but also achieves the purpose of saving costs,which is of great significance for improving people's quality of life and reducing energy consumption.However,at the current stage,China's building energy-saving technology is not mature,the application is not popularized,the promotion is not in place,and some technologies need professional personnel construction.However,the lack of green construction talents in construction enterprises leads to the difficulty of applying building energy-saving technology in specific construction.Therefore,this paper studies the green construction management of buildings and building energy-saving technology.
