With the rapid development of rail transit in Shanghai and the development needs of urban renewal,the TOD development mode comes under the spotlight;although TOD is not a trendy word,its popularity has been increasing under the existing urban development;TOD mode can effectively alleviate the urban traffic pressure,change the ecological environment of the city and its surrounding facilities,and create a healthy living environment.
