Whole-Process Cost Management of Oil and Gas Field Ground Construction Project
At present,with the increase of oil and gas field development,the ground construction projects of oil and gas field are increasing year by year.In order to achieve the benefit goal in these projects,the cost management is very important.Due to the huge scale and long implementation cycle of oil and gas field projects,in order to achieve the expected goal of cost management,the relevant personnel need to implement the whole-process principles during the specific project period,and arrange targeted cost management activities in each stage.When participating in the ground construction task of oil and gas fields,enterprises must put the cost management in the key position,and adopt a new concept to build the whole-process cost management system.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on analyzing the strategy of the whole-process cost management in the oil and gas field ground construction projects,so as to provide guidance and reference for the practical work.
