The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between quality control and risk management in building construction and its coordination methods.The impact of quality control on risk management is mainly reflected in reducing quality risks,improving project reliability,and enhancing safety.The impact of risk management on quality control is reflected in risk identification and prevention and control,resource allocation and optimization,monitoring and corrective measures.The above contents are comprehensively analyzed in this paper,and the coordination methods of quality control and risk management of engineering are discussed.
