For construction projects,there is a high risk.On the one hand,the construction environment is dominated by high-altitude work,which increases the risk of construction personnel.On the other hand,the construction period is long,and there are a lot of uncertain factors.Therefore,the cost management control and research in the whole process are particularly important.Among them,finding and controlling key links,finding out relevant problems,and taking correct countermeasures in a timely manner are the top priorities of a cost project,which can avoid and control potential risk factors and help the smooth development of the project.Based on the author's practical work experience over the years and continuous learning and accumulation of relevant knowledge,this paper conducts an in-depth exploration of the whole-process control of construction project cost.
