The road reconstruction and expansion project can effectively improve the capacity of road sections,optimize road design,and solve traffic problems such as road traffic congestion.At the same time,road reconstruction and expansion are also conducive to improving the technical level of roads,making them compatible with economic development,and comprehensively improving the construction of road systems.In the road reconstruction and expansion project,the design of the route and the subgrade pavement is very important,and the scientific design of the route and the strength and quality of the subgrade pavement are directly related to the safety of road operation.In this regard,this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of the implementation of the road reconstruction and expansion project,and focuses on the design principles and design points of the route and subgrade pavement in road reconstruction and expansion project,hoping to provide some help for related work.
