The transformation of old residential areas is not only an important part of urban organic renewal,but also an important livelihood project benefiting thousands of households.This paper first analyzes the aesthetic and multi-participation principles that should be followed in the transformation of old residential areas,and then puts forward specific measures to improve the environmental landscape transformation of old residential areas,such as clear environmental requirements,improvement of standard system,overall optimization of environmental layout,and cultural transformation of environmental landscape,and analyzes the actual case of the transformation project of brick and tile living quarters in Guandu District of Kunming City,hoping to provide reference for the same type of community environment landscape transformation projects.
