As China's urban construction shifts from incremental expansion to inventory optimization,it is necessary to promote the organic integration of rail transit and urban renewal in combination with the systematic positioning of urban renewal,so as to improve the quality and increase the benefit of surrounding inventory resources.This study will explore the principles and strategies of station-city integration urban design based on specific practice cases in Jinan,and formulate more perfect policies and practical guidelines to promote the organic combination of public transportation and urban renewal,and promote the innovation and optimization of urban renewal models.
