The purpose of this paper is to explore the technology and quality control of winter construction of water conservancy project buildings.In view of the common problems in winter construction,the implementation significance and technical points of winter water conservancy projects are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization measures are proposed.It is concluded that the problems in winter water conservancy projects can be effectively solved and the quality and safety of the project can be ensured by adopting scientific and reasonable construction methods and quality control methods.Therefore,strengthening winter construction technology and quality control is of great significance for improving the construction level of water conservancy projects,and provides a useful reference for related fields.
