Construction project management can not only ensure the safety at the construction site,avoid the occurrence of safety accidents,complete the project delivery on schedule with due quality and quantity,but also play an important role in improving the construction efficiency and construction quality of the construction team and reducing the construction cost.This paper first introduces the basic meaning,main responsibilities and characteristics of construction project management,then analyzes the management points of construction projects in six aspects:technology,materials,safety,quality,cost and progress,and puts forward targeted optimization measures,hoping to provide reference for construction industry practitioners.
