The quality control and quality management of residential construction projects are important links to ensure the quality of construction projects.This paper discusses the content of quality control and quality management of residential construction projects from four aspects:design,construction,materials and equipment,and introduces the methods and techniques of overall quality management and refined construction.Through effective quality control and quality management,the quality of residential construction projects can be improved and the safety and comfort of residents can be ensured.
