The over-budget of construction project cost is a frequent problem.Budgeting is often one of the key tasks for architects and cost engineers during the construction process.However,changes in construction projects and some uncontrollable factors can easily lead to over-budget.This paper will discuss the cause and control measures for the over-budget of construction project cost.
