In recent years,with the rapid development of ecological environment governance,the number and scope of sewage treatment projects are also increasing.Project risk management builders need to clearly put forward more scientific improvement measures from an overall perspective,and reasonably optimize the allocation to prevent a certain impact on subsequent projects.At the same time,managers must analyze the problems in the previous work and clearly point out more scientific innovation schemes.This paper describes the problems and preventive measures in the construction and management of sewage treatment projects,for reference.
