摘要

本研究基于BIM平台算量软件计算建筑物施工阶段工程量,同时依据建筑碳排放定额原理,将工程量转化为具体的建筑材料名称和消耗量.依据碳排放因子法,在计算软件中导入碳排放计算公式和工程所需的碳排放因子库,定量计算建筑物的碳排放量.通过模型与计算数据更为直观的反映不同建筑物的设计做法的碳排放量,同时从施工工艺和建筑选材提供建筑减排方法,为在设计阶段选择更为低碳的方案创造了条件,具有一定的实际意义.

Abstract

In this study,the engineering quantity at the building construction stage is calculated based on the BIM platform calculation software,and the engineering quantity is converted into the specific building material name and consumption according to the principle of building carbon emission quota.According to the carbon emission factor method,the carbon emission calculation formula and the carbon emission factor library required by the project are imported into the calculation software to quantitatively calculate the carbon emissions of the building.The carbon emissions of different building design practices are more intuitively reflected through the model and calculation data,and building emission reduction methods are provided through the construction technology and building material selection,which creates conditions for choosing a more low-carbon scheme in the design stage and is of practical significance.
