High slope construction is an important part of water conservancy projects.If the excavation construction control is improper,it is easy to produce slope settlement and other problems,which seriously affects the bearing capacity of the slope.In order to improve the stability of water conservancy project,it is necessary to pay great attention to the problem of excavation support.In this paper,the high slope excavation support on the left bank of a reservoir is analyzed in detail,and the technical difficulties in the high slope construction are discussed from the perspectives of theory and practice,such as slope over-excavation and under-excavation as well as formwork installation,for the reference of other projects.
